Terry Wayne Bowman

Terry Wayne Bowman, 61, of Hearne, Texas passed away on July 17, 2024. Visitation will be held at Cozart Funeral Home, Normangee, TX beginning at 1pm. Funeral Services will begin at 2 pm and interment will follow at Macy Memorial Cemetery in Hearne. Pastor Dale Evans of Iola Worship Center to officiate.

Terry lived and played high school football in Normangee TX. He loved fishing with his grandkids and cousin Jonathan. He saw himself as a pro fisherman. Terry was a wonderful husband, amazing dad and the best Papa in the world. He never failed to make someone laugh with his dad jokes. Terry was the life of the party and looked for any reason to turn on the radio. The highlight of his morning was a cup of coffee with Jack where they planned out their day. He enjoyed restoring anything and everything he touched. He loved God and wasn’t afraid to let you know how important He was to him. Terry’s love touched many lives. He was preceded in death by his mother, Molly “Minnie”Sweeden; father Victor “Gene”Bowman and brother Michael Bowman. Survivors include his loving wife, Jeanne Bowman, daughters and son-in-laws Nicole and James Anderson, Whittney and Joseph Lee grandchildren Colton, Lea, James Jr and Lylli; stepfather Jack Sweeden; sister and brother-in-law Sandi and Dwyatt Caldwell; Nephews and niece Jon, Matt, Michael, Zach, Chad and Kristen.
