Patsy JoAnn Navarro, 68, of Madisonville went to the Lord Monday, February 13. She was surrounded by loved ones. Funeral services were held Thursday, February 16, at the Ridgeway Baptist Church near Paige, Texas at 2:00 pm. Brother Lanier Stevens officiated. Burial followed the service at the Ridgeway Cemetery. Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 15, at Cozart Funeral Home Chapel from 6 to 8 pm.
Patsy JoAnn Sinclair was born February 11, 1944 to the parents Hoyt Dean and Audrey Estelle (Thames) Sinclair. JoAnn as most knew her married Raymond Navarro in 1969 and had two boys together. She work for Home Health Care and loved to take care of people. JoAnn was an active member of the Order of Eastern Star. Her work in the later years was as a Demo Lady at the grocery store and she never met someone she couldnt talk their ear off. She loved to spend the day visiting with her family and hanging out with the grandkids.
Patsy was preceded in death by both her parents, Hoyt and Audrey Sinclair; two of her brothers, Mike and Mitchell Sinclair; and a sister Deanna Sinclair.
She is survived by her two sons, Jody Navarro and wife Kelly, and Marty Navarro and wife Karen, all from Madisonville; two brothers, Hollis Sinclair and wife Milo of Kansas City, MO, and Buddy Sinclair and wife Gloria of Tahlequah, OK; a sister Carrol Sue Morgan and husband James of Spring, TX; and five grandchildren, Randall, Wesley, Trent, Vinny, and Chloe Navarro.
