Mae Edna Smith

Mae Edna Smith, age 86, of Normangee, Texas passed away May 6, 2019. A wake service will be held Friday May 17, 2019 from 7 – 9 pm at Living Word Fellowship Church 7350 T.C. Jester Houston, Texas 77088. Funeral services will be held May 18, 2019 at 11:00 am at Madisonville Christian Fellowship. 3973 TX-21 in Madisonville, Texas.
Mae was born July 16, 1932 to Mr. Ed and Almeta Lewis. She worked as a cook at Hilltop Lakes for 17 years.
Mae is survived by her children Gennis Mae and Husband Luther, Eugene Jr., Verna Dean and husband Finner, Barbara Ann and husband John, Jimmy Lee and wife Esther, Alberta and Cecil. She is also survived by 2 brothers, Jessie Lee Lewis and wife Leonora and J. P. Lewis and a sister Betty Donald as well as 23 Grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 16 Great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 sons, Frankie Joe Smith, Donnie Reed Smith and William Stanley Smith.
