Joe Frank Thomas

Joe frank Thomas, 57, of Normangee passed away Saturday, September 3, 2011 in Brenham, TX. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, September 8, at Cozart Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Wealthy Cemetery. Visitation was held Wednesday, September 7, at Cozart Funeral Home. Services have been entrusted to Cozart Funeral Home.

Joe Thomas was born to James Milton and Doris (Johnson) Thomas in Free Port, TX on February 7, 1954. He went to trade school to become a self employed auto mechanic. Joe was married to Sheena (Cameron) Thomas. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, James and Doris Thomas; and his brother Roy Thomas.

Joe is survived by his wife, Sheena Thomas of Normangee; two sons, Jory Thomas of Livingston, and Joshua Thomas and Leah of Normangee; four daughters, Jennifer Michelle and Shayne Beavan of Houston, Allison and Mark Lopez of West Columbia, Lauren Thomas and Damien of Normangee, and Kalee Thomas of Normangee; a brother James (Buddy) and Glenda Thomas of Angleton; a sister Barbara and Joe Penick of Angleton; and six grandchildren.
