Edward Earl Pattillo

Edward Earl Pattillo, 83, of Normangee passed away peacefully at the St. Joseph Manor late Wednesday, October 9. Funeral Mass was on Monday, October 14, at 9 am at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church near Hilltop Lakes, TX. Reverend Nolan Lowry did preside over services. Services have been entrusted to the Cozart Funeral Home of Normangee.

Edward was born on November 22, 1929 in Temple at Kings Daughters Hospital to his parents Earl and Olga Pattillo. Edward graduated from Baylor University. He was a Korean War veteran and served in the Air Force. Edward moved to Houston in 1959, and married Gailya DeBrow and they had two daughters. He worked in Banking and Mortgage, and retired to their weekend home in Normangee, TX in 1997. Edward loved to take care of his cows and when he could he would hit the occasional fishing hole.

He is preceded in death by both parents and a daughter Lauren Anne Pattillo. Edward is survived by his wife of 53 years Gailya Pattillo and his daughter Diana Pattillo.
