Doris Estelle Cravey

Estelle Cravey, age 87, originally of Flynn, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017. Graveside services were held Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Clear Creek Cemetery with family officiating.

Estelle was born in Flynn on May 30, 1929 to Claude Millis and Leta (Grimes) Pope. She met and married the love of her life James Roy Cravey on February 20, 1949 in Livingston, Tx. He preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death are her parents, three brothers, Harvey, Homer and Eugene and a sister Gladys.

Estelle was a member of the Thomas Ave. Baptist Church in Pasadena, Tx. where she was the director of the GA’s. After returning to live in the Flynn Community she was an active member of First Baptist Church of Flynn.

Estelle leaves to mourn her passing her two daughters Pam Gagnon of Normangee and Ann McCarver of Spring, Tx. Also left behind is her granddaughter Jennifer McCarver of Spring and two great granddaughters Hayley and husband Chase Arrambide and Hannah Dawson.
