Betty Louise Radeke was born June 21, 1941 in Houston, TX to her parents Henry and Berthia (Straps) Radeke. She was married to Robert Spikes and they had three boys and two girls together before he passed. Betty later married Tinny OFallin until he passed. She was also preceded in death by both of her parents; three brothers Bobby Radeke, Henry Radeke, and Leroy Duckworth; and two daughters Mary Ann Spikes and Rosie Louise Spikes.
Betty loved to sit outside and visit with everyone on a nice day. She loved to joke and play around with her grandkids. Granny would love to help her only granddaughter in the kitchen to prepare food and clean the kitchen. She was always helping to fold clothes and help her daughter-in-law with the Resale shop. Betty was a home body, she loved to just sit at home and watch the animals play. She had just got two parakeets that she was crazy about. Granny was our go to gal if we needed to know where something was in the house, she knew just about where it was if not she would find it. She loved to work in the yard in the flower beds. She is going to be missed by so many.
Survivors include her three sons; Robert Wayne Spikes, James Ray Spikes and wife Patricia, and Jimmy Lee Spikes; a brother Ronald Radeke; five sisters Jean Barron, Dorothy Brantley, Linda Neely, Margaret Ellrick, and Caroline Bishop; two grandchildren James Michael Spikes and fiancée Ashley Fountain, and Lisa Ann Spikes-Cooper and husband Robert; and numerous nieces and nephews.
