W. E. Minter

W. E. Minter, Sr., 80, of Flynn, passed away in his home Tuesday, January 17. Memorial Services were held Saturday, January 21, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Cozart Funeral Home.
W. E. Minter was born February 11, 1931 in Houston County, TX to William E. and Ella (Callahan) Minter. When W. E. turned nineteen he moved to Tomball and worked as a welder until he moved to the Flynn area in 1978 when he became a fulltime Rancher.
W. E. Minter is survived by his wife Lynda Callahan Minter; two sons W. E. Minter, Jr. of Flynn, TX and Mark R. Minter of Boring, OR; a daughter Cathy Whitworth and husband Steve of Friendswood, TX; he has 5 Granddaughters; and Seven Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in his memory to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231. Services have been entrusted to Cozart Funeral Home
