Molly LaNell Bell

Molly LaNell Bell, 83, of Normangee, passed away peacefully Friday, January 29, 2021. Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation from 6 to 8pm Monday, Feb. 1 at Normangee Church of Christ. Her life will be honored with funeral services set for 11am Tuesday, Feb. 2 also at the church, with Brother Will Odom officiating. Interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery. Services are in the care of Cozart Funeral Home.
Molly was born November 24, 1937, in Normangee, Texas, to Alwyn and Lucy Batson. She married the love of her life, Charles Wallace Bell in Houston on July 9, 1955. Molly enjoyed professions in multiple fields including healthcare as a medical assistant, in finance as a bank teller, and in accounting as a bookkeeper at Hilltop Lakes. She enjoyed needlepoint, sewing and keeping up with family and friends on Facebook during her free time. Most of all, she loved her grandchildren and attended their sporting events and activities every chance she could.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles; and her parents.
Survivors include her children, Brenda (Tim) Waldrip of Madisonville, Bubba (Lorraine) Bell of Texarkana, and Terry (Melisa) Bell of Richmond; brother, Kenneth (Connie) Batson; sister, Pamela (Al) Rogers; and six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
