Margaret E Patterson

Margaret Patterson, 84, passed away Tuesday, May 13, in Bryan, TX. There will be a parish rosary held at Cozart Funeral Home Thursday, May 15, at 6 pm. Visitation will follow the rosary from 6:30 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church Friday, May 16 at 10:00 am. Father Nolan Lowry will preside over services. Burial will follow at the Hopewell Cemetery. Funeral services have been entrusted to Cozart Funeral Home in Normangee.

Margaret Armstrong was born November 11, 1929 in Houston, TX to her parents James and Belle (Billingsley) Armstrong. She was an active founding member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Margaret was also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution.

Margaret was preceded in death by both her parents, James and Belle Armstrong; her husband J.R. Patterson; and her son Michael Patterson.

Survivors include her son James Patrick Patterson and wife Suzanne; a daughter Patricia Ann Wall and husband Tommy; and grandchildren John, Michael, Daniel, Stephen, and Christine; a brother Alfred Armstrong and wife Ola Mae; a sister June Gaulden; and numerous nieces and nephews.
