Gary J Gordon Sr.

Gary J. Gordon Sr., 78, of Groesbeck and formerly of Hilltop Lakes, Texas, passed away the morning of June 16, 2021. There will be a visitation for friends and family beginning at 9am Tuesday, June 22, at Hopewell Cemetery in Normangee, with a graveside service following at 10am. Services are in the care of Cozart Funeral Home in Normangee.

Gary was born November 30, 1942 in Corsicana, Texas, to Jim Gordon and Ruby Henderson Gordon. Before retirement he work for many years as the Hilltop Lakes Water Superintendent.

Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law; Gary Jr and Priscilla Gordon of Groesbeck, Edward and Amy Gordon of Flynn, Marshall Gordon of Thornton, Danny Gordon of Thornton; grandsons, Dustin Gordon, Johnathon Gordon, Kenneth McKenzie, Mathew Gordon, Christopher Gordon, Clayton Gordon, Joshua Gordon; granddaughters, Ashley Gordon, Amanda McKenzie, Kelly Setters, and Heather Gordon; and many great grandchildren. Gary was preceded in death by a grandchild, Danyell Gordon.
