So sorry to hear about Ms. Faye-she sure did have a long & interesting life. But I’m certain she was mighty glad to see the love of her life again!
I have very fond memories of my Great Aunt Faye and Great Grandmother Emma Franklin living next door to each other in Normangee. She always was an inspiration to me through her life’s "second act"; a wonderful women who created a new life after her husbands death and found joy in service to others. A few times I looked to her example to find strength! She gave me her love of genealogy and my DAR membership through her efforts; she did leave a legacy for the future! God bless those who feel her loss.
